CLEANING
- Wash before using for the first time; tray is dishwasher-safe. Mat is dishwasher-safe on the top rack only.
- To deep clean mat, let it soak in warm soapy water, then use a soft sponge to scrub.
- Only use a soft sponge or cloth to clean the mat. Don’t use abrasive cleansers like steel wool, cleansers with bleach, or oven-cleaning solutions. They can damage the mat and will void the guarantee.
- To deep clean tray, use a stainless-steel cleanser according to package instructions.
USE AND CARE
- Mats are heat-safe to 500°F (260°C). If heated over this temperature, it will damage the mat and void the guarantee. Do not use over a direct flame.
- Do not use metal utensils.
- Store the mats flat; do not fold, crease, or roll mats.
- To assemble, align the holes in the mat over the frame. The mat rests on the frame.
- To use, place your food on Grill Mat & Tray, then place it on preheated grill.
- Mats will wear; use discretion on when to replace with new mat. Both sides of the mat can be used if one side has worn out.
SAFEGUARDS
- Hot Grill Mat & Tray can cause burns if handled improperly. Always use a heat-resistant oven mitt or pad when handling hot tray or placing on surfaces.
- Hot Grill Mat & Tray should not be placed directly on non-metal grill side tables.
- Use caution when transporting tray to or from the grill to ensure you don’t spill hot liquids or grease.
