CLEANING

• Never immerse the product in water.
• DO NOT attempt to access any internal parts of the product.
• To clean the outer surface, wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. To prevent scratching, DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or cloths.

USE

Charging Instructions

For the first use, ensure the product has been charged for a minimum of 1 hour.

Recharge the battery at any time. There’s no need to completely drain the battery before charging.

1. Choose Charging Method:
   • Adapter: Plug the larger end of the USB cable into the Adapter’s USB port, then plug the Adapter into an electrical socket.
   • USB Port: Plug the larger end of the USB cable into any USB port.
2. Plug the smaller end of the USB cable into the back of the electric opener.
3. Charge for approximately 1 hour. The blue LED light indicates the electric opener is charging and will turn off when charging is complete.

Operating Instructions

• Remove the foil cap from the wine bottle with the included foil cutter before using the electric opener.
  • Align the foil cutter over the bottle’s neck.
  • Grasp the sides of the foil cutter with your thumb and fingers while rotating the bottle.
  • After one or two complete rotations, remove the cutter from the bottle’s neck. Remove and discard the foil.
• Hold the wine bottle with one hand and place the electric opener onto the wine bottle. Press the lower button with the arrow pointing down to remove the cork from the bottle. The opener will shut off automatically when the cork is removed. Then, lift the opener off of the bottle top.
• Press the upper button with the arrow pointing up to eject the cork.

STORAGE

• The opener can be stored in a drawer, cabinet, or on the counter.
• Use the foil cutter as a stand.

• To protect against electric shock, DO NOT immerse the cord, plug, or any other part of the product in water or other liquid.
• DO NOT operate the product with a damaged plug or power cord, or after the product has malfunctioned or become damaged in some manner.
• DO NOT expose the product, USB cable, or adapter to rain or other extreme conditions.
• DO NOT attempt to repair the product yourself, since removing the cover may cause electric shock and/or void the manufacturer’s warranty.
• DO NOT use the product for anything other than its intended use.
• Keep children and pets away from the spiral corkscrew. Injury may result.
• DO NOT put fingers or objects near the spiral corkscrew while in use for your safety and the functioning of the product.
• DO NOT place the product on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• Never force the electric opener onto a bottle or attempt to speed up the mechanism. The electric opener will work best when it is operated at its intended speed.

Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Warnings

• The rechargeable lithium-ion battery contained in this product may explode if disposed of in a fire.
• DO NOT charge the rechargeable battery used in this product with any other USB Cable than the one provided. Using another cable may damage the battery or cause the battery to explode.
• This product must be recycled or disposed of properly according to governmental regulations. Contact your local Waste Management Services for details.
• DO NOT open or mutilate the battery pack. Released electrolyte is corrosive and may cause damage to the eyes or skin, and, if swallowed, may be toxic.
