Cake Tester & Releaser
Use our dual-function Cake Tester & Releaser to make sure treats are baked all the way through, then remove them from the pan easily. It's great for the tight curves and corners of muffin pans and Brownie Pans, and it won't scratch nonstick coatings.

Cleaning
- Wash prior to first use; dishwasher-safe in utensil basket with releasing tool end down.
Use
Releasing Tool
- Insert between food and edge of pan.
- For best results, use a slight up and down motion while moving around perimeter of pan. As needed, wipe any built-up residues between uses.
- Gently scoop baked good out using tool.
- Tip: curve of releasing tool is perfect for removing bite sized appetizers or desserts made in a mini muffin pan.
Cake Tester
- Before first use, remove protective shipping cover.
- Insert tester halfway into baked food and remove. If tester is clean, the item is fully baked. If batter or dough sticks to tester, continue baking and test again.
- Cake Tester may develop a natural bend over time and continued use. This is normal and not considered a defect.
- Tip: use to pierce potatoes to test doneness or pierce whole potato prior to baking.
