Cook's Tips:

These recipes all fall under the “Stage 1” category of baby food, but just like their parents, every baby has their own tastes and preferences. So, feel free to explore different vegetable combinations, mix and match ingredients, or adjust the thickness of the food by adding more or less water, formula, or breast milk.
