Beans 'N Fixins
Ingredients
- 2 cans (28 oz each) baked beans (about 6 cups/1.5 L total)
Rub | Stir-In |
1/2-1 tbsp (7-15 mL) Tex-Mex Rub | 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies |
1/2-1 tbsp (7-15 mL) Chipotle Rub | 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped |
1/2-1 tbsp (7-15 mL) Smoky Barbecue Rub | 4 slices pre-cooked bacon, chopped |
Directions
- Prepare the grill for indirect cooking over medium heat. In the Rockcrok® Everyday Pan, combine the beans with the rub. Cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and grill for 27-30 minutes. (Rockcrok Lid is NOT grill-safe.) Add stir-ins and enjoy!
