Late night snacking doesn’t get more convenient than this! These cookies have a little notch that fits right onto the rim of a glass of milk or cup of cocoa. Santa will appreciate how easy it is to take this snack to go!
- 1 pkg (16.5 oz/468 g) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) flour
- milk or hot chocolate (optional)
Mix sugar cookie dough with flour in the Classic Batter Bowl. Roll out the dough on a Pastry Mat to ¼" (6mm) thickness using the Baker’s Roller®. Cut stars out using a star-shaped cookie cutter and transfer to a Cookie Sheet. Using the releasing end of the Cake Tester & Releasing Tool, create a notch halfway up the center of the star. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 6–8 minutes or until lightly golden brown around edges. Remove and cool on a Stackable Cooling Rack.
