Make your pies the talk of the Thanksgiving dessert table. These creative crust designs only look complicated, but putting a personal stamp on store-bought pie crust is easy as, well … pie! All it takes is ready-made dough and a little creativity with your favorite Pampered Chef® tool.
Lay dough on a Pastry Mat and cut out about 24 leaveswith the leaf Creative Cutter. Create detail with the Cake Tester & Releasing Tool. Press a crust into a pie pan and line the rim with the cutouts, attaching with beaten egg or water. Brush with beaten egg to enhance the detail. Place a Sheet Pan under the pie while baking so the leaves don’t get ruined when removing from the oven.
