Make your pies the talk of the Thanksgiving dessert table. These creative crust designs only look complicated, but putting a personal stamp on store-bought pie crust is easy as, well … pie! All it takes is ready-made dough and a little creativity with your favorite Pampered Chef® tool.
Using the fluted wheel on the Pastry Cutter, cut ¼"- wide and ¾"-wide strips of dough (8 of each). Create a lattice design on a Cookie Sheet lined with the Reversible Silicone Baking Mat and freeze 5 minutes. Loosen with the Mini Nylon Serving Spatula and invert onto the pie. Trim away excess crust, then fold under and pinch closed.
