Classic Pinch Pie Crust

Make your pies the talk of the Thanksgiving dessert table. These creative crust designs only look complicated, but putting a personal stamp on store-bought pie crust is easy as, well … pie! All it takes is ready-made dough and a little creativity with your favorite Pampered Chef® tool.



  1. The Mini-Tart Shaper helps to quickly and easily create a modern take on the classic pinch technique. Once you arrange your dough in a pie plate, fold the crust under until the top is resting on the rim of the pan. Hold the Mini-Tart Shaper against the inside edge and “pinch” the dough around it. Do this around the entire rim.
