Think outside the bouquet with sugared rose petals. They make the perfect finishing touch for cakes, cupcakes and fruit platters.
To make, gently remove the petals from an organic, pesticide-free rose. Wash the petals in cold water and air dry on the Stackable Cooling Rack. Then, brush a pasteurized egg white or egg substitute lightly onto the petals with the Chef's Silicone Basting Brush. Sprinkle evenly with sugar and shake gently to remove any excess. Place back on cooling rack and let dry completely for an impressive garnish!
