Snack Size Corndogs

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz (250 g) box corn muffin mix, plus ingredients to make muffins
  • 4   hot dogs (about 6 in/15 cm long)
  •  Nonstick cooking spray
  •  Mustard for dipping

Directions

  1. Simply mix a box of corn muffin mix according to package directions. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray the Mini–Muffin Pan with nonstick cooking spray; divide the batter among the muffin cups. Slice hot dogs into 1–inch (2.5 cm) pieces; place one piece in each muffin cup. Bake 10–12 minutes or until wooden pick in center comes out clean.
