This frosty treat will make you want to do a jig!
Microwave semi-sweet chocolate morsels until mostly melted. Spoon chocolate into small resealable plastic bag. Trim the corner and decorate the inside of stemware as shown. Process the softened chocolate mint ice cream and milk in the Manual Food Processor until smooth. Spoon the ice cream mixture into decorated stemware and top with whipped cream and green sprinkles if desired.
