Speedy Zucchini Hashbrowns


  • 1   zucchini
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat a greased griddle to medium heat. Using Veggie Strip Maker, grate zucchini, being careful to avoid seeds, and combine with cheese. Spread over griddle; press down firmly to pack with turner. Cook 5-6 minutes; flip using two turners. Cook an additional 5–6 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
