Ingredients

    Baked Tilapia
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) oil, plus additional for preparing foil, divided
  • ½ lb. (250 g) "B" size red potatoes (about 4), thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. (450 g) tilapia fillets, about 1" (2.5 cm) thick
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sugar snap peas
    Lemon Sauce
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) dried dill
