Vegan Whipped Cream

We can confidently say that this whipped cream tastes 100% better than store-bought, and it only takes 2 minutes and 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.5-15 oz./405-450 mL) unsweetened coconut cream, chilled
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla

Directions

  1. Spoon out the solid cream from the top of the coconut cream can into a bowl, leaving the liquid behind. Add the sugar and vanilla.

  2. Whisk on low until the cream is light and airy, 1–2 minutes.

Cook's Tips:

It’s important to chill the coconut cream overnight before whipping You can reserve the liquid of the coconut cream to put into smoothies, cocktails, or oatmeal.
