Vegan Whipped Cream
We can confidently say that this whipped cream tastes 100% better than store-bought, and it only takes 2 minutes and 3 ingredients!
- 1 can (13.5-15 oz./405-450 mL) unsweetened coconut cream, chilled
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
Spoon out the solid cream from the top of the coconut cream can into a bowl, leaving the liquid behind. Add the sugar and vanilla.
- Whisk on low until the cream is light and airy, 1–2 minutes.

It’s important to chill the coconut cream overnight before whipping You can reserve the liquid of the coconut cream to put into smoothies, cocktails, or oatmeal.
