Preheat oven to 375°F. Microwave butter in Classic Batter Bowl on HIGH 40-45 seconds or until butter is melted. Add sugars, egg, flour and vanilla; mix well. Add pecans; mix well.
Using Small Scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart onto Stoneware Cookie Sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on Baking Stone; remove to Stackable Cooling Rack. Cool slightly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar using Flour/Sugar Shaker.
