Prepare and roll out dough on well floured Pastry Mat according to package directions for cutout cookies, cutting out circles using (3-in./7.5-cm) Biscuit Cutter. Gather dough scraps together and roll out again, if necessary. Cut out stars from centers of circles using star-shaped Creative Cutter.
Place circles 1 in. (2.5 cm) apart on Cookie Sheet. Bake 4-5 minutes or until cookies start to become firm. Remove from oven; sprinkle centers of cookies with crushed hard candies. Bake an additional 4-5 minutes or until candies are melted and edges of cookies are light golden brown.
