Cinnamon Crunch Chips


  • 4 (7-in./18-cm) flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp (7 mL) Korintje Cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray tortillas with water using Kitchen Spritzer. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle sugar mixture over tortillas. Using Pizza Cutter, cut each tortilla into eight wedges; arrange in a single layer on Large Round Stone with Handles.

  2. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and crisp. Remove chips from baking stone to Stackable Cooling Rack; cool completely.
