Frozen Chocolate Covered Banana Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable oil
- 12 banana slices
Directions
For 12 bites, melt 1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 tsp (5 mL) of vegetable oil. Pour a small amount into each well of the Herb Freezing Tray Set , top with a banana slice, and cover with the remaining melted chocolate. Freeze until set.

Cook's Tips:
You may add ½ tsp (2 mL) almond butter (or any other nut butter) to each well over the chocolate.
