Frozen Chocolate Covered Banana Bites


  • 1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable oil
  • 12   banana slices


  1. For 12 bites, melt 1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable oil. Pour small amount into each well of Herb Freezing Tray, top with banana slice and cover with remaining melted chocolate. Freeze until set.  


  • 12  servings of 1 

Cook's Tips:

 You may add 1/2 tsp (2 mL) almond butter (or any other nut butter) to each well over the chocolate.
