Ingredients: 1 pkg 10.25 oz/300 g fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients to make brownies); cooking spray; 24 6" (15 cm) bamboo skewers; 24 strawberries; 24 marshmallows; 24 pineapple or banana chunks; chocolate (for drizzling)

These cute skewers are sure to satisfy a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

1 pkg 10.25 oz/300 g fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients to make brownies)
cooking spray
24 6" (15 cm) bamboo skewers
24 strawberries
24 marshmallows
24 pineapple or banana chunks
chocolate (for drizzling)

Directions

To make Brownie Kabobs, prepare a box mix of fudge brownies according to package directions, then use the Small Scoop to divide the batter into the Mini Muffin Pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Hull the strawberries with the Core & More while the brownies cool completely. On skewers, alternate strawberry, brownie, marshmallow, and strawberry (or pineapple or banana chunks!), then drizzle with melted chocolate using the Chocolate Drizzler.
