Banana Split Quick Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) water
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) instant or old-fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp (15mL) brown sugar
- 1/4 banana, sliced
- 1 strawberry, chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) dry roasted peanuts
Directions
Microwave water in 2-cup (500 mL) Silicone Prep Bowl on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, add dry oats, brown sugar, banana, and strawberry to Make & Take Snack Jar; stir to mix.
Carefully pour in water; stir until blended
Place lid loosely on Jar; let stand 3 minutes.
Stir before serving; top with peanuts.
