Hard Cooked Eggs
- 2 dozen eggs
Use steaming as a method to cook hard boiled eggs (up to 2 dozen). To hard boil eggs, arrange eggs in (12-in.) Steamer Insert. Place filled steamer over boiling water and cover. Leaving the heat on medium-high, allow the eggs to steam for 16 minutes. Remove steamer and run eggs under cold water. Allow eggs to cool completely in refrigerator before using.
