Cranberry-Apple Walnut Quick Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) water
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) instant or old-fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped apple
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) dried cranberries
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) cinnamon
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped walnuts
Directions
Microwave water in 2-cup (500-mL) Silicone Prep Bowl on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
Meanwhile add dry oats, apple, cranberries and cinnamon to Make & Take Snack Jar; stir to mix.
Carefully pour in water; stir until blended.
Place lid loosely on Jar; let stand 3 minutes.
Stir before serving; top with walnuts.
