Veggie Stuffed Bread Cups

 Keep double-dipping at bay with individually portioned veggie cups.


  •  loaf french baguette
  •  your favorite veggie dip
  •  assorted fresh vegetables such as carrots, cucumber, zucchini or bell pepper


  1. Slice up a loaf of sub–style bread on the bias. Then, create a dip cup in each slice by carving out the breading (leave plenty of bread at the bottom for a base) and fill with your favorite veggie dip. Arrange matchstick–style cut veggies in cup.
