Piña Colada Quicksicles


  • ¼ cup (50 mL) coconut milk (canned or refrigerated)
  • ¾ cup (175 mL) pineapple juice
  • Up to 2 tbsp (30 mL) rum (optional)
  •  Toasted sweetened flaked coconut (optional)


  1. Whisk the coconut milk, juice, and rum (if using) until combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into the wells of the Quicksicle Maker and freeze until set. Sprinkle finished quicksicles with lukewarm water, then coat in coconut.
