Cucumber, Lime & Mint Spa Quicksicles


  • 1–2 tbsp (15–30 mL) mint leaves
  • ¼ small seedless cucumber, peeled
  • ½ cup (125 mL) limeade
  • ½ tbsp (7 mL) honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) gin (optional)


  1. Add the mint to the Manual Food Processor and process until finely chopped. Add the cucumber, limeade, agave nectar, and gin (if using), and process until combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into the wells of the Quicksicle Maker and freeze until set. When pouring, make sure cucumber and mint pieces are evenly distributed among the wells.
