Spiced Nuts

Whether they’re sweet or savory, these spiced nuts add great crunch to oatmeal, hearty soup or stew, or even ice cream.


  • 1 cup (250 mL) raw nuts of your choice
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) oil
  • 1-2 tsp (5-10 mL) Pampered Chef Rub (see cook’s tip)


  1. Add the nuts and oil to the Electric Pop & Stir. Select the NUTS setting and cook with the lid off until they smell nutty, 5–6 minutes.
  2. Place the nuts in a bowl and toss with the rub.

Cook's Tips:

Try Ranch Popcorn Seasoning or a combination of All-Purpose Dill Mix and Salt & Vinegar Seasoning!

For a chocolatey version, use a half or whole packet of hot chocolate mix instead of a rub.
