Whether they’re sweet or savory, these spiced nuts add great crunch to oatmeal, hearty soup or stew, or even ice cream.
- 1 cup (250 mL) raw nuts of your choice
- 1 tsp (5 mL) oil
- 1-2 tsp (5-10 mL) Pampered Chef Rub (see cook’s tip)
- Add the nuts and oil to the Electric Pop & Stir. Select the NUTS setting and cook with the lid off until they smell nutty, 5–6 minutes.
- Place the nuts in a bowl and toss with the rub.
