Skinny Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz/250 g) 2% or traditional Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) orange juice concentrate or 2 tbsp (30 mL) orange juice
  • 1 lb (450 g) fresh strawberries or other fruit dippers

Strawberry

4 large trimmed strawberries (about 4 oz/125 g), 

finely chopped in the Manual Food Processor

Tropical1/4 cup (50 mL) canned, crushed pineapple (about 2oz/ 60g) and
1 tbsp (15 mL) sweetened flaked coconut 
Banana Peanut Butter

1 small ripe banana and 2 tbsp (30 mL) peanut butter,

finely chopped in the Manual Food Processor

Very Cherry

3-4 Maraschino cherries with cherry juice, finely chopped in the

Manual Food Processor (2 tbsp/30 mL)

 

Directions

  1. Choose and prepare a flavor variation, if you’d like.  

  2. Combine yogurt, honey and orange juice concentrate in Manual Food Processor. Process until blended and smooth. If wanted, add in prepared variation ingredients; process until combined. 

  3. Fill center of Small Cool & Serve Square Tray with dip. Surround with strawberries or other fruit dippers.  

Yield:

  • 8  servings of about 1 cup/250 mL

Cook's Tips:

 Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) tequila or light rum with orange juice to any dip flavor to make your favorite cocktail dip.
