Green Goddess Dip

Packed with fresh herbs, creamy avocado, and tangy lemon, this bright dip tastes great with chips, veggies, on toast, or as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients

  • 2   large, ripe avocados
  • 1 cup (250 mL) low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (125 mL) sour cream
  • 1   lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Green Goddess Seasoning Mix

Directions

  1. Add the ingredients to the Deluxe Cooking Blender and blend on custom until smooth, about 1 minute.

Cook's Tips:

This is amazing as a dip or a sandwich spread.

In place of the seasoning you can use: 4 sprigs tarragon (stems removed), 12 chives, ½ tsp (2 mL) salt and ¼ tsp (1 mL) black pepper
